Hi snipers...

This one may be the final version of map Dam Valley. The reason for making a new version was simple. 
I got some feedback about water so I needed to re-create it, no diving anymore. I also edited LOD values of main foliage 
so trees, bushes and grass don't disappear because of longer distance so easily anymore. I also made extended terrain
outside of the playable area, kind of eye candy.

Also... custom sound system is completely different than earlier, I used the same system as in mp_pf which was originally scripted by 3d2bd.
New sound system makes downloadable file size significantly smaller than earlier because of using mp3 sounds instead of wav.
